I was looking for a leather-free compact everyday wallet and the SECRID LIBA® Bandwallet has surpassed all my expectations.
The material feels great to the touch and provides a surprising amount of grip in my hand and in my pocket. The design is a great mix of rugged, techy and sporty style that I find looks even better in person than in pictures online.
The layout of the wallet is excellent, providing an impressive amount of storage for it's small footprint. The Coinpocket integrates seamlessly and provides a welcome bit of extra of utility. Overall the wallet was able to fit 95% of the contents of my previous wallet that was twice the size.
Finally, I've found the customer service from SECRID to be exceptional. They helped me address some issues that came up with the delivery of my order and their responses were prompt and courteous throughout, leading to a more than satisfactory conclusion.
Overall I have been extremely impressed with this company and their product and I can only recommend them to anyone shopping in this segment.
In my case Secrid did everything possible to avoid honouring the warranty. They gaslit me at first stating the leather was vintage which it wasn’t, then said it was key scratches (I don’t keep my keys in same pocket) on the deteriorating leather. After much back & forth I was then told the warranty expired (without telling me when) & that the plastic cracked bill fold can’t be repaired. Don’t bother with this company they don’t care enough to even save a 1st time customer. As per further responses they don’t want to be helpful because if they did then they would. Their words are as fake as their warranty. I guess I expected better from a Dutch company & they have ensured that I never buy or recommend their product in the future.

Easy fix would also be to have ID on paper with larger font and QR code
I have had my wallet for over nine years and used it every day till my cards started falling out so I contacted the company and to my amazement they sent me a prepaid label to send the wallet back repaired it and sent it back to me at no cost and all in five days. That’s five star service I wish all companies were the same . Thank you Secrid
I bought a Secrid Slimwallet with the expectation of durability and premium quality. Within a short period of normal use, the leather started peeling badly – despite the fact that I only carried it in my pocket or bag, never exposed to water or harsh conditions.
I contacted Secrid, provided photos and proof of purchase, and explained that the issue clearly looked like a material defect. Unfortunately, their so-called “specialists” dismissed the problem and claimed it was not a production error. No solution, no repair, no replacement – just a polite but useless email.
For a brand that positions itself as premium, this is unacceptable. A wallet in this price range should last years, not start falling apart after light, careful use. Instead of standing behind their product and valuing customer trust, Secrid has chosen to hide behind excuses.
I will never buy from Secrid again, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before spending money on what appears to be overpriced, low-quality leather products backed by unhelpful customer service.
Update: We received a new wallet, guidance on which to pick for our need. Returned the old one and the service was good and fast.

Must Have. Everyone i know switched to secrid, high quality, made in europe...what more to ask for. I hate switching my wallet and having one that is reliable is a must have. Those things last basicly forever. Some collegues have them for like 10 years+ and they still work perfectly. 10/10 would recommend
My Secrid card protector is so good looking and smooth. I love it! It feels really good in my hands and it slides each card smoothly in a staggered fashion. The case is a good thickness and is very effective at blocking unwanted nfc interactions. 10 stars!

My card holder was so old that it didn't even have a serial number, yet Secrid Customer service sent me a brand new cash flap free of charge International Post to UK. Not once but twice as the first letter got lost.

I bought a Secrid Slim wallet 11 years ago in brown. After so many years the leather finally got thin and it tear down. The card popup mechanism still works great. So just bought a new one. Truly like the (dutch) design and that it is small and stylish. Keep up the good work, Secrid !
I have had a secrid slim wallet for about 3 yrs and liked it a lot! However, I just got a metal credit card and it doesn't hold those in the wallet. Almost lost the card 2 times already...Reached out to customer service to see if there was anything that could be done. First, they dont respond to your email unless you message them on social media. Second, their only suggestion was to buy the new PRO wallet. I asked if there was any consideration/discount and answer was no... saying "it is not fair to other customers" which is the most ridiculous excuse I have ever heard from a company for being cheap. They lost an oppty for a sale and turned a net promoter into a net detractor of the brand... by treating existing customers poorly. So found another company and bought their wallet.... bye bye SECRID...
