Twinwallet Original Navy

My colleague recommended Secrid after receiving one as a gift from his family. My old wallet was bulky and felt cumbersome, especially as an outdoor photographer. When he showed me his Secrid Twinwallet, I was impressed by its compact size and the convenient trigger mechanism for ejecting cards. Since I rarely carry cash and primarily use card payments, the Secrid Twinwallet seemed like the perfect choice for me. I placed my order on Saturday, January 25th, and it arrived on Tuesday, January 28th—quick delivery and well-packaged from Holland to the UK.

Review of Printful

So close to being perfect...

I wanted to start selling my photographic prints on my website and so, I found Printful.

My first order, a framed print arrived damage. I know this was courrier issue (FedEx). However, the damage the easily preventable if Printful took more time and care in packaging the product. Four cardboard edge pieces and a single sheet of lightweight wadding would not suffice the journey from Spain to England. I am glad this was a test order and not a customer order.

Also, the print was not mounted correctly in the frame. The toggles that hold the back board in place were in front of the acrylic and score marks on the back board itself.

As a result due the lack of care and attention, I've removed Printful connection from my website, as I won't be able to accept this level of quality, that will reflect badly on my business.

Printful's website is so easy to use and I really wanted this to work out for my business, as the print alone looked great! Sadly, I was let down by the due care and attention.

I got the option to either replace the frame or a refund. I opted for the refund, due to the journey that a new frame would have to embark on. Printful's customer service was extremely helpful.

Brilliant service and were able to support my claim!

Brilliant service by Jamie Hammond who handled my claim. I had what I thought was dust on my camera's sensor, I sent the camera away to get professionally cleaned, but it turns out the camera requires a new sensor. I phoned and logged the claim when I got the repair estimate though from the repairers (Friday 8th Jan). I sent all the documents to Jamie and on Monday 11th Jan it was it was confirmed that PhotoGuard can contribute to the cost of repair. Quick, efficient service and good communcations given current COVID-19 restrictions.

Slow, poor communcation and no sign of my order...

I placed an order on the the 13th of September. I had to chase for a dispatch email, and which I received on the 16th. It was half-baked despatch email, no indication of the courrier/service and even tracking. Nearly three days on from receiving the dispatch email and still no sign of my book arriving. This is my first time using Blackwells, the lack of communcation is poor, and the 'order history' section when logged in is full of page errors.

Top Service! Well Packaged! Received Next Day!

I ordered a Canon 5D Mark IV on Saturday and I requested for next day, and without fault, I received delivery on Sunday. Well packaged and I was well informed on the tracking. I have used Wex before, for spares, I can't fault them and I thoroughly recommend them.

Canon EB Eyecup ... Brilliant service, quick delivery with tracking details!

Brilliant service, quick delivery with tracking details! I snapped the eyepiece on my Canon 80D and I was after a replacement. I saw Wex Photo Video listing the item, Canon EB Eyecup. I ordered the part on Thursday AM and was delivered on Friday! It's also a genuine Canon part as well!

First time using on Tyres on The Drive...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Recommended by a friend and this is my first time using Tyres on the Drive! Their website made it a doddle to specify the tyres I require and competitively priced. Managed to get the same tyres that were originally fitted to the car! Mini wanted £140pt and just over £100pt on Tyres on the Drive, a nice saving! Booked online on Saturday and fitted on Tuesday (work location), a quick service! After booking I got a quick courtesy call and received a text on the day of fitting to let me know when the fitter would arrive. Steve did a great job and fitting the fronts within 40 mins! When the rears need replacing I will let Tyres on the Drive know! 😀

Review of The Watch Hut

Great service...

Very pleased with the quality of the service and delivery...not to mention the product as well. No faults with my order whatsoever neither with the watch itself (a Citizen Red Arrows WT). Will use Watch Hut again with my next watch order!
