So close to being perfect...
I wanted to start selling my photographic prints on my website and so, I found Printful.
My first order, a framed print arrived damage. I know this was courrier issue (FedEx). However, the damage the easily preventable if Printful took more time and care in packaging the product. Four cardboard edge pieces and a single sheet of lightweight wadding would not suffice the journey from Spain to England. I am glad this was a test order and not a customer order.
Also, the print was not mounted correctly in the frame. The toggles that hold the back board in place were in front of the acrylic and score marks on the back board itself.
As a result due the lack of care and attention, I've removed Printful connection from my website, as I won't be able to accept this level of quality, that will reflect badly on my business.
Printful's website is so easy to use and I really wanted this to work out for my business, as the print alone looked great! Sadly, I was let down by the due care and attention.
I got the option to either replace the frame or a refund. I opted for the refund, due to the journey that a new frame would have to embark on. Printful's customer service was extremely helpful.
