You only repaid a small amount compared to the lowest price you quoted on the 2 quotes at least it was better than nothing

The renewal process was straightforward and painless. However, after renewing I still got alot of reminders to renew, if it hadn't been for this I'd have given it five stars.

All went smoothly except that I prefer a hard copy if document. Thought I'd requested this but hasn't materialised.
