Tried to sort out a query with the car…

Tried to sort out a query with the car insurance on ‘chat’ online but was cut off before I had time to explain. Would really have appreciated being able to talk to a real person! Feel frustrated!

Very efficient service

Very efficient service. Managed to get an appointment quite quickly. Audiologist was really nice and explained what the problem was. Was given hearing aids at the appointment and information about who to contact in future.
