Easy and cheapest provider

Easy and cheapest provider, However 7 Days after purchasing and 3 Days since the policy start date my car is showing as "not insured" on the Navigate (formally the motor insurance database) website.

Received a phone call and email from Vicky at RAC Insurance the same day as my initial review to reassure me and confirm I was insured. 2 days later my car now shows as insured on the Navigate website

Thank you for reaching out to us, and we're sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your policy details not appearing on the Motor Insurance Database (MID).

Please be assured that your cover is active from the policy start date you selected. However, it can take up to 7 working days from the policy start date for your vehicle details to be fully updated and reflected on the MID and the associated websites such as AskMID.

Since it's been 3 days since your policy began, it's likely that the update is still being processed. We recommend checking again after a few more days. If it's still not showing after 7 working days from the start of your policy, please contact us immediately so we can investigate further.

In the meantime, you are legally insured to drive, and we recommend keeping a copy of your Certificate of Insurance with you when using your vehicle.

I will contact you shortly to discuss this further.

Parcel clearly marked this way up

Parcel clearly marked this way up, placed on its side by front door. Makes you wonder if it's been the correct way up in the van all morning
