Dreadful after sales.

Dreadful after sales.
When your cleaner fails, you cannot; email Shark or go to a repair shop. They will not deal with retailers for spare parts you must order online. When the joint on my Shark wand broke, it was out of stock!! No indication how long I will be without a cleaner.
It gets worse, I telephoned but after waiting 5 minutes gave up! Having been told that I would be notified when this item was in stock I waited and thought I would check stock online and was shocked to find the Wand IZ400UKT was in stock!!!! How long would I have waited to be notified if at all!

I ordered "Baby's first Christmas"…

I ordered "Baby's first Christmas" gift. It was supplied with wrong spelling "Saby's first Christmas" customer service took a long telephone conversation to understand my complaint. They did nothing, no email. Eventually demanded refund (still waiting) and have cancelled my Christmas order. Very disappointed.
Following an intervention by an extremely helpful chap from customer service, who spoke perfect English, this matter has now been fully rectified. I am very grateful but could not give more than 3 because of a dreadful experience with DHL, I waited in, they tapped on the door did NOT ring the bell and left !!!
