I wish I head read the reviews before I ordered. I have a long list of emails asking for my delivery if not my money back. After 27 emails nothing. I have been robbed, NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. Total Scam. I shall never buy anything again from the Facebook site.

GOT MONEY BACK FROM PAYPAL, KEEP ON THEIR CASE! Ordered coat 27/10, tracked number provided, it stopped moving a month later, tried contacting, ‘wait’ blah blah, tracking number not found, asked for refund, sent new package instead, no tracking number provided, kept contacting, ‘wait’ ‘will contact you when shipping provide new tracking no’ disputed with PayPal, peekachill provided a tracking number that showed as delivered, PayPal closed in their favour, phoned PayPal, they asked me to phone post office to get written proof the item was delivered elsewhere, POST OFFICE XANNOT PROVIDE THIS AS DATA PROTECTION, but did say it defo did not get sent to my address! Told me to contact PayPal to get peekachill to provide a Certificate of Postage to prove the address it was sent to. Upon doing this the lady said it was provided hence why they closed the dispute, I went over a few things said in emails between peekachill, them claiming to send out another, the tracking number provided was for original item but tracking numbers don’t change mid-delivery, she looked at the case again and the Certificate of Postage hadn’t been provided so she reopened and closed the case in my favour there and then, keep on it people xx Don’t let those scammers keep your money! And failing that, contact your bank and explain the situation and they should credit the money back to your account from PayPal.

Ordered a winter coat in September never received. Started chasing the coat and they kept saying that it was on its way. Came to the new year still no coat so I opened a PayPal dispute to get a refund. I've just received the outcome today and apparently because they can 'prove' its been delivered PayPal has sided with them. The tracking numbers are different. Scammers is all I will say. Do not buy fro. These guys you'll never get your item or a refund

Dont order from this scamming business. I order a winter coat in August 2020 ready for winter....I'm still waiting. This company needs reporting.

Ordered my coat and did not receive it. Was told via email to be patient because it was in shipping after 6 week. Waited another couple of week then eventually opened a PayPal dispute. They told PayPal it had been received so claim dropped. Now they are ignoring messages. No coat no refund. Scam company 🤬

Still waiting for my coat ordered last September. Tired to get my money back with no joy. I find it disgusting this is allowed to happen. Dont buy from this so called company

Peekachill are a fraudulent company
Never buy from this company because they take your money and send nothing
6 months of emails of promises and nothing

My money was stolen. Constantly sending messages to these people only to be told "yes my package is on its way" it's been on its way since 7th September.
Have I not given it long enough?
I attempted to get my £50 back from PayPal but they denied my claim as peekachill provided tracking information saying it was delivered.
They are liars I have no coat.
Please avoid do not make the mistake I did

Quick skim of reviews looks like I’m in the same boat as others. Purchased in October. Many emails where they were actually responding, first of all said postage delays due to covid, then sent to wrong address. Now nothing.

DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY. THEY TOOK MY MONEY IN SEPTEMBER 2020 AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE £38 COAT. I AM FURIOUS, AND I AM WRITING TO TRADING STANDARDS. I JUST KEPT EMAILING EVERY WEEK FOR AN UPDATE, AND I GOT A PATHETIC REPLY SAYING "BE PATIENT" COVID IS THE ISSUE. HAHA ABSOLUTE CRAP, STAY WELL AWAY EVERYONE

Don't not order from this company!!! Same as everyone else, ordered coact in August 2020. Got contradictory replies, over the last 6 months. 'Been shipped', 'slow due to Covid', 'even said that are sending another coat as there was a confusion with order number' you then get sent same tracking number that shows item delivered, to your nearest Post Office. PayPal were of no help either, as the company replied to them saying item delivered. So basically take their word over the customer.

DO NOT order from this company, coat my wife ordered 6 months ago never arrived. PayPal are investigating but initial response was they said it had been delivered. Intend to pursue getting our money back.

Avoid at all costs ... they are fraudsters and we should all report them !! My order was August 2020 !! Never arrived

I am looking at the reviews and I also ordered a coat in September and have not yet received it. This is a company that is complete and utter rubbish and to be avoided at all costs. My emails are replied with a standard crappy reply. Very annoyed and surely this company should never be allowed to trade?😡

Item ordered sept 2020 and still not received Feb 2021. Tracking number is no longer valid. Email queries get the same reply saying 'apologies for inconvenience item is on the way' it appears to be a generic reply. Don't waste your money

Ordered a coat last august still not received. Contacted PayPal and they won’t up hold my claim. They believe that company has delivered item and I am lying!!! SCAM SCAM

Never buy from them. I ordered a coat back in September 2019 and it was never delivered. I contacted pay pal who said they would look into this. After a month they now tell me that the company delivered the goods and they are not paying me back. I’m so annoyed as I’m out of pocket by £46.00 and not got my coat. I cannot believe that pay pal can back a fraudulent company like peeks hill who take your money and don’t deliver.
I suggest people never use pay pal as they back the fraudsters.

Bought a coat eptember. Said delivered to wrong address now i get its on way please be patient. Asked for refund just get told be patient.. totally ripped off. Gotta see if i can get my money back through bank.

Scammers. Do not buy from these people. I don't know how people have so few morals to scam so many people put of their money during these difficult times.
Still awaiting coat ordered in October and consistently get the same message, that they will ask the shipping company to update the tracking details. They then lied to PayPal, who they sent a fake tracking number and told the item had been delivered, so I didn't get my money back.
