Ordered my coat and did not receive it. Was told via email to be patient because it was in shipping after 6 week. Waited another couple of week then eventually opened a PayPal dispute. They told PayPal it had been received so claim dropped. Now they are ignoring messages. No coat no refund. Scam company 🤬

Been a personal and business customer for many years.
Tried to apply for bounce back loan 10 hours on the phone passed around phone app online banking don't work. Finally get through to someone who can complete the form with me after 3 month of trying and my complaint ignored. Loan has been approved two week ago. Another 5 hours on the phone and still not received funds. No one can sort it out, another complaint gone in, absolutely appalling service. Will be changing who I bank with 🤬
