I ordered a coat from peekachil and paid using PayPal thinking this was a secure payment method.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

The coat never arrived and despite multiple contacts with PayPal I have not got my money back.

PayPal have been told the coat was delivered and they believe it, despite this being a lie. Apparently all PayPal need is a shipping number. This number was utterly made up. PayPal don’t care....

It’s a double scam. Please don’t lose money like so many of us have.

I bought a jacket in October, it never arrived and the tracking number does not find the item. Do not order from this company!

Absolutely disgraceful. I too ordered a coat in October and still no sign of it. All I get in reply to my emails is be patient they are checking with the shipping company. I don’t need the coat now winters nearly over. I don’t know how they can get away with this. Do NOT buy from here. It’s a Scam

It’s a disgrace that this company is still allowed to trade I ordered a coat 5 months ago and like everyone else I’m getting nowhere with the emails they must say the same to everyone it was delivered another is be patient things taken longer because of COVID I am sorry I didn’t check the reviews before I ordered it’s all a scam taking peoples hard earned money

Ordered a coat October 1st 2020. Fobbed me off for months with different excuses. Now £40 down. Scamming scum.

TOTAL SCAMMERS. SAME STORY AS EVERYONE ELSE. CONSTANT EMAILING SAYING THEY HAD SENT COAT. THEY HADN'T. THEN THEY SAID IT WAS SENT TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS. WRONG. AFTER 3MONTHS OF THIS I GAVE UP. ADVERTISING ON FACEBOOK, BUT HAVEN'T SEEN AN ADVERT SINCE NOVEMBER. I THINK THEY'VE RENAMED THEIR COMPANY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I wouldn’t give a star if I didn’t have to. Fake company I think. Ordered a jacket in August 2020. It has not arrived. Was a sponsored add on Facebook so reported there too. I believe they are now trading under Alldayfreshway too. Have raised an issue with PayPal. They do respond to e-mails say it’s in transit, please wait patiently. I think 5 months is more than patient. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. FAKE SCAMMERS!

I ordered a coat in September which I never received told it had been delivered to another address which it had not. They still have a website, do not know why they have not been closed down yet. Avoid at all costs total scammers!

Ordered a coat end of September 2020, still waiting for coat, have been fobbed off with emails from them. It has now put me off buying from a Facebook advertising page!!

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a coat months ago which I never recieved. Total con and disgusting as I am on low income

I’m afraid I can say exactly the same as everyone else. NO stars from me. An absolute con and I can’t believe they are getting away with this. Why has no authority ever stopped this “company” from “trading” or pretending to trade. Wish I could find a way to stop this fiasco and from them taking money from innocent people. POOR SCAM and ridiculous that they are getting away with this.

Wish you could give minus stars... Agree with all other comments. Ordered a coat in Sep, chased delivery and was told it had been shipped to wrong address and they would resend...still nothing. Asked for a refund several times and kept getting 'please can you wait few more days' and still no sign. S**T company DO NOT ORDER!!!!!!!!!!

Agree with the other posts, I placed an order in September, the tracking was cancelled. They didn't respond to my email, kept telling me to wait for contact, I went back into the site as I wasn't getting a response and the customer help email had been changed. Complete joke.

Complete scam - ordered a coat in September and after numerous emails getting nowhere. I’ve started communication with PayPal in the hope of recovering my money. I wrongly assumed PayPal would vet companies so I felt confident ordering from this company. I wish I’d read the reviews before buying and I’ve certainly learnt a lesson. They must have made a tidy sum of money - disgusting particularly in the current pandemic when money is tight.

I wish I had seen these reviews before buying from this company. I did not want to give them any stars. Like others I ordered a coat in September - it has not arrived. Whenever I have emailed them they reply with ‘please be patient’ or ‘we will forward it to the logistics team’ - but nothing ever comes back. I have asked for a refund about 8 times now and they still do not give me my money back. They have, in effect just stolen money from me. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE IT IS A SCAM AND YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK . They are so horrible to do this to people in this current financial and stressful climate. I needed a warm coat for the winter and I still haven’t got it and can’t afford to buy from anyone else because they refuse to give me my money back.
