Quick wash is 28 mins on 1400 spin 30c and gets clothes really clean, really quiet too, lovely size door and drum and a light comes on when door open so you can see if its all out at night time. Great machine

Got this through wizz air, couldn't check in so landed up having to pay £1 to mytrip, few days later they took £79 out my bank without my authorisation, now having to go down bank to try and get it back. I never even used mytrim.com. absolute scam, stay away.

Dpd failed to deliver properly so I never got my straighteners. I contacted cloud nine who got straight on the case, after a few emails back and forth and waiting on dpd to contact me, which I must add never did after saying they sent me two letters. Cloud nine sent me a replacement pair, they were always in contact with me throughout the process, told me when they had sent the new pair and when they would arrive. I would use this company again without hesitation.

Bought a coat eptember. Said delivered to wrong address now i get its on way please be patient. Asked for refund just get told be patient.. totally ripped off. Gotta see if i can get my money back through bank.
