Absolutely dreadful company that deserves negative stars - the worst service for any kind of business that I have ever experienced, and far, far worse even than I believed when I first reviewed them.
I expect they will do the usual of asking via Trustpilot for a case number, then pretend to be concerned and invite me to call the anonymous 'them, knowing that it is close to impossible to contact them.
Today marks 63 days since ONP were instructed for my re-mortgage. A competent company would have completed this with time to spare some time ago. I originally cancelled on the last day of the cooling off period, because I was being asked to sign T&C I had not received, and my so-called case worker refused to respond to an easy closed question that require a yes/no answer for 14 days. The broker gaslighted me in to believing this was unreasonable on my part and heavily pressured me in to re-instructing. I reluctantly made the major mistake of relenting and doing so.
Despite receiving my ID documents on their awful portal for 60 days now and me sending it again 28 days ago, the only contact I have had from them is an automation every 7 days telling me the ID check is outstanding.
I have zero idea what they are up to now, but 28 days ago...
1. A senior case said twould be contacting my ex-partner's solicitor (they have not). This is a simple transaction that requires approximately 1 hour of work for which they will be paid £200.
2. Would request a redemption statement (they have not).
3. That somebody would call me back a few days later at an agreed time to discuss my case and clarify what they are doing. They still have not - 24 days after that time has passed.
My case manager has been the quintessential definition of useless. They never answer their phone, routinely ignore emails and do no work on my case, despite having everything they asked for, sometimes twice. They have requested several documents that are for BTL mortgages and copies of a lease which does not exist. Sent chase ups for items they have never requested prior to the chase up. Cannot be bothered to look on their own company portal for documents and requested them again.
The internal complaints system seems designed to make it impossible. The case manager is ignorant. The supervisor is who you are then meant to go to. A little hard when all they give you is a name.
I joined their phone call queue of doom again today at 1pm and used the function to be called back rather than wait. Nobody had the decency to call back. I have given up hope of my re-mortgage ever happening.
OPN Solistors have just been amazing on our first time house buying experience. They have always been quick to respond and to keep us updated throughout the process. Can't recommend enough using their internal app which helped us keep track on where we had gotten up to and what we needed to do. We never felt like we were being ignored and they have just made the whole experience stress free. Thank you so much, to everyone at OPN!!!

Would give zero stars if I could. Was a simple remortgage which we started months in advance, provided everything required but they failed to complete on time resulting in additional interest! Communication was poor, no point trying to call them as they never answer.
Easy and clear conveyancing experience, would recommend.

Was unfortunate enough to have dealings with this firm during my remortgage with NatWest, as they were appointed as the “free” conveyancing service.
They ignore emails, never answer the phone, and repeatedly “lose” documents, including my mortgage offer which NatWest had to resend three separate times.
There is zero communication, zero accountability, and frankly zero care. I’m sure they might behave differently if you were paying them directly, but when it’s a free remortgage they clearly couldn’t care less.
I have now cancelled my remortgage altogether because I have no faith in their competence or professionalism. Utterly shambolic experience.

Went with these people after recommendation from my mortgage advisor..of course cus he gets commission. He assured me they were great. HOW WRONG was he?! Very much. I was contacted by precious he rang me during work tien didnt leaves messages just endless missed calls from a number I didnt recognise for over a week. Then she was never available always off sick or family emergency dragged out my house sale to ensure I got hit with increase in stamp duty even though there was no chain so no need to drag it out 16 weeks! So lazy never called back, never answered the phone as soon as she had my money i was her prisoner. Endless mistakes and including sending of the same requests and documents all ready fulfilled and submitted weeks before. She was a total Scatter brain completely unfit to work as a solicitor. Then when she had all signed docs and all my money and everything was agree she disappeared again the friday we completed and so I was unable to move until the following Monday evening, when all hands to help with the move were no longer available! Beyond Poor! Avoid like the plague!

I used the service to buy a property through 'modern method of auction.'
I was hesitant at this method due to the speed at which the process needs to be complete. However, Thomas at O'Neill Patient was very efficient and responsive. The sale was processed in good time, with the only hold ups coming from the sellers.

Clesio Felix was our conveyancer, he was very approachable, easily accessible by telephone.
Unfortunately the app ONP solicitors was being upgraded and was never sure my messages were getting through.
The tracking wasn't always up to date but really happy with the service.

Absolutely awful awful service, case worker never responds to phone calls or other members of team requesting answers, also no correspondence received that docs are uploaded to an app, i only found out about the app from calling repeatedly, case worker not uploading documents received not communicating what else needed to aid completion, a slow painful service ,how they can charge for this is beyond me, its been 3 weeks and every part of the process has only been actioned from my calling daily ,still no completion date in sight - so so disappointed and angry at this disrespectful situation
