Shockingly Poor. Avoid.

Went with these people after recommendation from my mortgage advisor..of course cus he gets commission. He assured me they were great. HOW WRONG was he?! Very much. I was contacted by precious he rang me during work tien didnt leaves messages just endless missed calls from a number I didnt recognise for over a week. Then she was never available always off sick or family emergency dragged out my house sale to ensure I got hit with increase in stamp duty even though there was no chain so no need to drag it out 16 weeks! So lazy never called back, never answered the phone as soon as she had my money i was her prisoner. Endless mistakes and including sending of the same requests and documents all ready fulfilled and submitted weeks before. She was a total Scatter brain completely unfit to work as a solicitor. Then when she had all signed docs and all my money and everything was agree she disappeared again the friday we completed and so I was unable to move until the following Monday evening, when all hands to help with the move were no longer available! Beyond Poor! Avoid like the plague!

Extremely poor

Extremely poor. I have notification 2 days ago to collect. I went to the shop 3 hours later queued for 10 mins and was told parcel not arrived and they would call me when it did. 2 days later still no call but lots of notifications telling me to collect. Then went back together and finally its there! Terrible I was denied the choice of another shop which I wanted sainsburys locker. Vinted must stop choosing on behalf of buyer. Very poor. Never again.

I asked them to cancel as I coudlt afford the £10 increase. They refused to acknowledge. They cancelled my access to the gym when I couldn't afford to pay i set up another DD They didnt take The money deliberately!!!! I offers to pay for the 2 month They forbid me from going and now theyre sending me debt collection!!! Theives and lairs! Avoid Richard at Worcester con man!

I am seeking full cost compensation…

I am seeking full cost compensation under the uk consumer act. I have never ever been treated this appallingly by anyone. Least of all a multi billion pound travel company. I am writing a detailed letter of complaint and have advised all friends and family of my traumatic experience especially as it was my birthday and Jet2 ruined that also, and they have all agreed not to use Jet2 in future. Repugnant behaviour the entire trip.

Poor

Poor. Can never get anyone to talk to. Go on chat speak to Tobi bot go through all security despite using app, tobi bot says transferring you to agent. Agent doesnt say name but says hello whats the problem, you say the problem and nothing happens. As a new customer facing enless issues with my broadband im thinking of escalating to ombudsman.

Better wifi a sea! P-poor customer service!

Smarty take more than £20 a month from me for a dongle so I can work from home whilst BT fix a fault on my line. I can never get wifi! I work from home and 9.30am until 5pm i can never get a WiFi connection. I retreat my dongle time and time again. I contacted amryyss at least 5 times. They say its not their fault. They're rude and lazy and you can't speak to anyone on the phone!

Under staffed and poor quality staff.

Ordered and paid for my item the evening before whilst the store was closed. I went to the store when it re opened only to be in a queue with one person infront of me yaking away with the single person working that morning....leaving me to wait 15 mins to collect my item that if alrrssdy paid for. Why was there no one else serving and why was it deemed acceptable to have a social natter when you have pre paid customers waiting in a queue???. Not impressed Tool Station Droitwich

Avoid It Will cost you extra!

Avoid at all costs - Refusal to contact me and extra large sums taken from bank account. Policy not due until end of December, money taken instantly and 4 times the fee of last years policy! they email me 3 days afterwards saying their database differs from my information, and telling me to edit accordingly. I asked them to call me to clarify, they refused, I pleaded with them to call me on the number i gave them, again they refused. I logged in and edited the policy with everything i knew, and they charged me an extra £25, and so i paid. Then the following week they email me again saying the information is incorrect. Again i log in, i see no information thats incorrect to my knowledge. i ask again for them to call me to clarify, they refuse! Today I had enough and cancelled my policy this morning; Only to discover Moja are helping themselves to £159 extra from my bank account! Livid i rang AXA their parent company as they have a phone number and explained what had been going on. They passed me over to Moja Finance and they were happy to refund me within 3 working days. I didn't save any money, i got conned and extremely distressed. I would strongly advise not using Moja. I am now considering seeking compensation.

Fraudulent item provided & refund refused. Thieves !! Avoid!

Ordered an egg roller. Its arrived battered and brown taped into a box tat had cleared been opening and seemingly kicked about on the floor. I took then item out of the box and followed instructions to get it to work. Unsurprisingly the thing wouldn't switch on, no lights, no heat, no noise. I request a refund and return to Alli. They asked me for a video of it not working despite my initial 2 x photo submission.... I argued this, they agreed they will send a returns label and issue a refund. 2.5 weeks on and 5 messages from m6erlf requesting a returns label and I still haven't had one. Theif and fraud is a crime and a crime has been committed here.

Not what you think it is from the photos

Booked junior sweet for my birthday away for 4 nights. Got there put in a double over the smelly pool and screaming guests. Balcony was a joke, a triangle only fir for one skinny person is not a balcony. Tried to boomed jet2 day trips for my birthday....no one working fdiday, Saturday Sunday or monday!! Shower flooded during every use, chain sawing trees at 3am ruined my nights sleep for the big day. The rest of the hotel was intended to look posh, but it want posh at all. The 3 lifts were tiny, good job myself and my partner aren't large folk, you'd wait around 12 mins for a lift on average. Reception were rude when I asked about my upgrade. They said they were doing my a favour for free giving me a tiny room with a triangle ledge to stand on to hear the carnage below....favour ? I paid extra !!! What a dump! I waited for my transfer to the airport on the day of leaving. Asked to use the loo quickly... the cleaner refused me!!! The only toilet on that floor. Horrible staff, horrible cleaners. Even they were moaning in Spanish about how they were hating their work. I left in pain bursting with a full bladder. I'd never stay here again. Ruined my birthday !

Shockingly poor for a business that…

Shockingly poor for a business that profits from your hard earned cash.

I recently ordered a credit card in good faith, and tried to set up the app on my phone as the letter told me too. Yet I got a notification as soon as I set it up that it was locked and to call.

I rang up and got an Indian Call Centre !!! How horrible and impersonal!!! The guy on the phone was slow to respond to my questions and then asked me for my details which I already put into the app including my photo IF Drivers license bank card number and dob. I've been through it on the phone and apparently I've failed secure log in????!!! What the..
.. Asked for a manger 4 tines before being put on hold for 20 mins. Then same guy returns to call to tell me manager is too busy for customers.... so goes off again! This is disgusting behaviour from HSBC I've been a customer for since I was a child. You're so put of touch and your customer "selugice" is a true reflection of how little you care for the people you greedily gobble your fat cat profits from. I took a day off work to sort this out and what a waste. Shame on you HSBC and you're P-!Poor team who clearly read off cards and can't help themselves when it comes to deviating.

Poor

Poor! Sent an order for collection from my local Londis, despite me activating "Holiday Mode" on the app, as per their request "vinted rules". They then bombarded me with emails and texts whilst I was on holiday for just over 2 weeks causing me undue stress. When I returned I visited my Londis as per Vinted's app parcel tracker.. and Londis advised its not there and hasn't been there at all. Knowing me well as a frequent vinted user, I can trust them. Vinted still took payment for this item depite me unable to click 'received' because I was out of the country (but followed their instructions precisly).....Now that's what you call Theft! I raised 3 claimes with them and recorded and screen shot the lot.....they declined yo refund me or to confirm where the heck my parcel is. I have contacted trading standards and am taking matters further.

You have rights people and theft and fraud is illegal in the UK and will be treated as such. Do not be afraid to speak out for your rights.
Also "buyers protection' is null and void. And shouldn't be a charge at all.
I've contacted other users and they have experienced similar problems. They have ceased to use vinted.

I am giving vinted and specifically Kevin at customer services this chance to plead his case as to why their ruled onky apply to me, and they are above the law.

Awaiting Vinted response.

Poor Service, Over charging, totally Disgusting ! Do Not Use…

I have just left Green Star energy for over charging me. When it came to switch time, i followed the rules to ensure i was not in breach of contract, and at this time i had £70 approx credit in my account. As I pay £32 a month dual fuel I was miffed as to why i was over paying despite submitted meter readings, not to mention re sending them my final meter reading several times, as they claim they didnt have it as soon as i mentioned a credit on my account. I asked for the refund of the credit on my account. I then receive and aggressive email from Chelse L. Telling me there was no refund and they were charging me one final over payment of £36.98! I told them i will be contacting omdusmen, to which they magiced up a fake invoice to show the debiting amount.

improvement needed

After queuing in traffic, I arrived at store for me pre ordered order already paid for. I was in a 2 person queue for 15 mins there was 1 person on the desk and one person doing nothing, yet one person being served and myself stood there like a lemon for 15 mins. Not impressed. I've already paid the item is mine, why couldn't the non serving person just ask me for my reference number rather than waste everyone's time cus he couldn't be bothered to ask me for my reference number. It's not hard and certainly not a hard task. Staff improvements needed in worcester.

Good mattress and get customer service. Will buy again.

I was a little worried buying a mattress on line as I needed one with plenty of support as I suffer with a painful lower back. This is a nice mattress, firm enough for now. Nice and clean and not too hard to get up the stairs. The delivery man was fab. We had to go out and left a notes in the door to call me as we were only round the corner, he did call us and waited for us to come back. What a star!
