Although the experience was quite clinical, every part of the transaction was carried out in a very professional manner. My only criticism would be, that at the point of money transferal, human contact, i.e. a single telephone call, would be more assuring for customers, rather than just email and text messaging.

What we needed was, not only a website builder, but someone who could fully understand the needs of the business, how best to promote it and get the best out of it. Andy does exactly this and puts 100% into every project. Unlike most other web builders I've experienced, he continues to give on-going ideas and support. Definitely recommended !
