ONP came as highly recommended from our financial advisor. We were first time buyers and had no idea what to expect. The whole process was smooth and straightforward. The digital platform listing tasks and progress was really easy to follow and great for updates. During the process, I did raise some issues from the searches however I didn’t get the desired resolution. Our case manager Sheraz did persist but we didn’t get anywhere with the seller solicitors. I was given good advice with how to proceed and supported throughout the process. I am very impressed with Sheraz and how responsive he was. Anytime I needed anything during business hours, his response was 2 hours at most. The only small downfall is at the end of the process, some additional fees were added to the completion statement which I would have liked to know about prior to getting to contract exchange. I realise our case manager can’t do everything and there is some automation and other colleagues processing things at times. The charges were explained and one was even taken off which I didn’t agree with. All in all, I would definitely use them next time I need to. Go for it.
