Not only this, Matt helped us to navigate the confusing world of paying HTB off where we had instructed a solicitor who quoted £2k for this service. Matt advised that the new lenders solicitors could do this for us costing a staggering £99! It’s unbelievable we had absolutely no clue - so very grateful for the continued guidance and help in this space.

Used ONP via our new bank for remortgage and HTB redemption. They have a fantastic app which was really easy to follow and submit questions, as well as being kept up to date with progress.

The additional ask to pay off HTB was also great value after being quoted extortionate costs externally. Would use again for new purchase or re mortgage!
