These are fake products from China and they take much longer than promised to arrive. The "30-days return policy" is a lie. They do not reply to any emails and any items in the sale (which seems to be permanently on) are not eligible for a refund anyway. The jacket I bought is meant to be waterproof - it is not. It has a fake North Face logo on it.

Great value for money, friendly, candid and professional, and I really feel that I’m getting the best advice out there. I’ve recommended them to friends who’ve also been very happy.

Review of Good Energy
An ethical and inspiring company doing great things. It gives me a warm feeling inside whenever I have any interaction with them. Good customer service, and a nice app that makes it really easy to submit meter readings. They are very clear about where their energy is sourced from and how they are different from other energy companies who "greenwash" customers.
