Review of Nizenstore
DO NOT USE. Ordered the coat ‘The North, Functional and Warm Outdoor Jacket’ for a Christmas present on the 23rd November 2022 which took almost a month to arrive. It was supposed to be a 3XL but came up unbelievably small and therefore didn’t fit. I have contacted Nizen Store on 3 separate occasions in the hope to return the item. I have had no reply at all from the company despite my efforts.

The company were great when coming to view the cars they had, but on collection we had over an hours waiting time which wasn’t great customer service.
