Overall impressed with the company

Overall impressed with the company, that they kept going throughout COVID and global energy disruption. Not so happy with the smart meters that SO energy arranged to have installed. Gas meter only works intermittently and has now stopped recording consumption.

The boiler developed a fault within two weeks of being installed that required a service call out. This was dealt with very efficiently.

Total con - don't buy from this company

Total con! Ordered shoes 5 months ago. Wrong size sent. Asked for correct size shoes to be sent. Was told this would happen, but never did. Have requested refund, but no response. Email is only way to contact the company, no telephone number on their website. Avoid using this company at all costs.

As I had significant credit, I asked for my monthly payments to be reduced. I was told that would be done at the next review, but it clearly wasn't done at the last review. Had to ask when the next review would be because not included in initial answer. Took a long time to get any response.
