I ordered my camera on 12th August. A little worried about delivery I contacted the company who said it would come via FedEx on 30th August (before I went away). It got closer to 30/08 and nothing was heard so I chatted to them again and they apologised as there had been a delay and it COULD arrive by 4th September - far too late as I was travelling then. I had to cancel the order. It would be useful to get updates on this sort of thing rather than having to keep contacting them. Luckily I ordered the same camera (yes it was more money) and it arrived the very next day. The chat service is very good and they are very honest in what is happening.

Most fantastic service - I used another company and the same camera was going to be delayed by 3 weeks (didn't research and it was coming from Hong Kong). I cancelled that order and contacted Nextdaycamera by email who said if I ordered at that point it would arrive next day. True to word my camera arrived the next morning and was everything I hoped for. Would definitely recommend and use again

The clothes are so lovely and then there is the care in how the parcel arrives. The items are beautifully wrapped with a ribbon bow that you can give them straight to the recipient. The clothes are beautifully made as well such good quality.

Great communication and just although the offer was low it meant we didn’t have to pay for the stairlift to be removed. They took everything and you couldn’t notice that anything was there. Would highly recommend especially when you get a lot of people saying they will charge you to remove the lift. Also very friendly people to deal with.

Fantastic service and great items on offer. Communication about my order flowed through and it took a short time to receive a fantastically wrapped up parcel of my items. So well wrapped that I am keeping it ready to give to the recipient.

It was very easy to use the website I including screening and was the cheapest annual worldwide trip I had found. Will deffo use Colombus in the future for my travel insurance - thank you so much for being competive, having a great policy easily explained and offering good screening.
