Awful experience
I ordered a canon r7 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t received it. The communication from this company is very poor and the telephone rings until it goes to an answerphone, which requests you to leave details of which company you are ringing for. I’ve now requested PayPal to intervene. I would never use this company again.

Customer requested a refund and this was processed as instructed, unfortunately the refund was through PayPal which took an extra day to clear.
