Unacceptable Criminal Act

Such a terrible outfit...I paid for a DHL Express shipment and 48hours after processing the package its yet to be picked up and no one has any clue where my package is....no responsibility,,,,no accountability...you are just dead on your own....seems someone is trying to steal my packages....isnt that criminal that you paid for shipment in full and given a tracking no and going to 3days now trackers says shipment not received yet and MYUS cared less and not telling nor updating me....its criminal action but i will take extreme steps to counteract this act of wickedness and criminality

This is the 3rd and no update on the tracker as iDHL is yet to be handed over my package and no member of MYUS has updated me....this is utter wickedness not just criminality....that an emergency case was sent to shipment team and no effort,,,customer service just told me no update yet and the shipment team have all closed and gone home when a customer is having emergency ...these are expensive goods and shipment cost i paid in full very expensive yet no update after 72hours....

Evil act.... Rogues...avoid at all cost

Just read 1 and 2 stars to see customer comments...... CEO Marian is culpable... under his watch these atrocities are taking place... I fully regret having anything to do with this company. My recent experience has been a horror. I saw a management team that are heartless...with horrible processes...lack any form of humanity in them..not once in my entire life have I been so ill-treated... For over a year I was registered and have been transacting with them. I tried to change my shipping address to one I use more often currently and they said they want to verify my address and folks were asking for all manners of details just to frustrate me..I sent my international passport, sent my ID, sent recent monthly bills on my shipment addresses...sent my mastercard copy...sent purchased items invoice..etc..folks you wont believe it these guys are yet to release both my goods at their warehouse and my funds in their TOPUP wallet. They have not accused me of anything as I was waiting for them as am sure of all my evidence. They dont pick calls and hardly respond to mails. Even the devil will be more humane. AS WE SPEAK THEY HAVE STOLEN MY PACKAGE AND FUNDS ...BUT I WONT ALLOW THEM..I WILL GET JUSTICE...I had since told them I no longer want to do business with you...stop holding my goods and funds .... I will never allow these guys take my items and fund. Its a big shame that folks like these play on peoples intelligence to exploit them. Please this is a wake up call...beware of these Tiptrans team for me it has been an error but I will get justice.
UPDATE:
@ Tiptans claiming they don't know customer because they have no defence for their attrotious and malicious acts... they would be thinking that they had stolen my fund and packages but are jokers. This penchant to try to forcefully and smartly take peoples fund and packages is criminal and evil and should be universally condemned. you cant keep hold on people resources without any authentic reason and at same time reel out flimsy terms ridden with malicious intents they keep recycling. They forget they are dealing with folks who are very much well informed and know their rights...know the norms and best practices...asking someone to send credit card data in itself is criminal and against data protection laws...
