Takes too long for the shipment to…

Takes too long for the shipment to change status. ( action needed, in review, ready to ship)
Never tells what’s wrong with the invoice or product, just reverse the status back to action needed from in review. So the customer keeps putting the same invoice or making the same mistake without realizing what the problem is.
