It's very difficult to get a hold of anyone, you're on hold for hours to speak to someone, and if your phone times out you lose your spot. and they take Days to get back to you.

I absolutely love my mom cozy s9 and used it 5-6 times a day for 7 months when my motor broke. It was partially my fault as I sometimes bend down while pumping and some milk gets inside. Well after a few times cleaning out, it finally stopped altogether. But I remembered it was under warranty and I asked if they could send me a new pump. I thought they were just sending the motor piece-but they sent me a brand new pump! I was so delighted! They also have super fast shipping which is very nice (if you know how much it sucks pumping one boob at a time you get it, lol) Overall very impressed with the customer service and the products. They work a lot better and create more milk than my medela pump!

Replacement parts came super fast! My one cup in my portable pumps went and I ordered a new one. It came in less than a week! I was so happy because I was pumping one boob at a time! Haha.

Livia has changed my life. I’ve been living with severe cramps every month since I was 12 (I’m 35 now). Doctors have said that I have pain equivalent to labor pains.
