MYUS suspect business practices...
MYUS business practices are highly IMHO. Loads of hidden fees, fees just to file a future claim, and slow processing speeds are an attempt to rack up $$$ while customers wait to consolidate items in their inbox. Also, complaints are rarely dealt with in a timely manner and responses often arrive 5 days late during which time you will be charged storage fees. Also, my shipping preferences had been changed to automatic without my consent which meant many small shipments and more money out of pocket. Of course they deny all responsibility and are 'unsure' how this could have happened. Give them a miss.
