I posted an earlier review. Don't know where it went. These people took £100 for a £20 replacement licence. It appears you can't see the website on a PC only mobiles and small devices. Presumably so you can't get a good look at their extortionate charges. I received an email after I asked for a refund setting out their supposed benefits. I am surprised we did get the licence but only because we supplied all the information. I will be sending another email to them, doubt it will make a difference. I have emailed BBC Watchdog, but I bet I will be one of hundreds to do the same. These people are scum!

No stars! Son lost wallet with debit and licence in. Used what he thought was DVLA website with my card and hey presto I lost £100. Was Application Online never heard of em but they hide behind the DVLA logo. The DVLA and government just sit back and let these people rip hardworking taxpayers off. Can bet your life if it was Disney or Nike something would be done. Absolutely disgusted!
