Not sure what has gone on lately but 2 orders seized in a row. I used to get deliveries no problem & couldn’t fault this company at all. Such a shame I can’t rely on them anymore.

Whatever you do just report to your card provider & get this scam refunded. You will get your money back. Company are total fraudsters!!!!

Always use Debenhams Travel Insurance as they are good value & any claims are professionally dealt with quickly. I cannot fault them.

Utterly disgusted at this company. I purchased a Christmas present for my sister which was poorly finished & not the size as described online. I sent back after Christmas & have been denied a refund as out of 14 day returns. How utterly appalling at Christmas! There is nothing on site my sister likes as a replacement so I am now still battling for a refund in order to buy her something she likes. I cannot believe the dreadful attitude of this company. Customer satisfaction is certainly not their priority!
