I cannot rate this company highly enough there is not enough stars to give them. From start to finish they were absolutely professional, with the kind of attention to detail that cannot be faulted. The work ethic from all the staff, politeness and, customer focused attention is second to none. If you are looking for a quality product at a competitive price that is manufactured and made locally, and if you choose to have the windows and doors fitted by them the whole process is seamless. P&P are aware and considerate to all the stress that comes with having windows and doors fitted throughout and were able at every stage to reassure and explain the process so we always knew what, when and how they were proceeding. We cannot thank this company and all the staff we met along the way enough and are delighted with the results our house looks like it is thanking us too. One huge big Thank you 😊🙏🏼

Just the fact you can actually get through and speak to someone is brilliant in these days when we are all pushed to use internet and web chat, when all you want to do sometimes is speak to another human. Next offer a fantastic service they have always answered the phone if I have had any queries or issues and dealt with them. Couriers are great and the nextpay option is a great way to save on postage and traipsing backwards and forwards as it is delivered directly to your door and items not suitable are collected great company with so much choice brands and styles 😍

If I could give 0 stars I would DVLA need to sort this out these websites need to be shut down, who would pay 100s of pounds for a
License when you can get one free? It is absolutely scandalous they say you will be charged 0 and the take £80 in my case. I will not stop 🛑 until money is refunded by credit card. I have followed procedure and cancelled immediately on website AVOID these unscrupulous online businesses they should be held to account and jailed especially for conning elderly people and the DVLA need to sue them for using there logos etc and shut this scam down of our most elderly vulnerable people who are having their pensions swiped it is unbelievable!!!!

If I could give less I would. Contacted and asked for advice when ordering glasses as unsure how to add prescription for readers. Glasses arrived incorrect when contacted I was made to feel my mistake even though the recording of the call proved it had not been explained to me clearly. I ended up paying more then waited 3 months until I contacted trading standards who had obviously heard of them before! After sending frames back for replacement they then after making us wait for weeks said they didn’t have the frames as they had broken the ones we chose in the process of putting in new lenses and they wouldn’t be back in stock until April although still showing available on their site. Would never use them again absolutely disgraceful company. If they had any decency would have offered choice of any frame but was just another ruse to get more money and definitely deliberate as they can send them out very quickly and fine if no issues but if you make a mistake even if it is not your fault BE WARNED they will make it their business to be unhelpful just because you called them out, they told me a family firm etc etc but are out to make money which ok of course they should be nothing wrong with that but not by fleecing unsuspecting customers I feel so sorry for everyone who falls in their trap steer well clear plenty of other companies out there.

It is a shame they put so much effort and can respond immediately to bad reviews see others yet once they have a query or issue with an order it takes so long for them to rectify!!!
