Contacted my credit card company who refunded me. These scammers had 45 days to appeal for funds, which has now passed. Licence also turned up.

I paid by credit card (always a good idea)card company imformed me my account would be credited within 5 days. Its is then up to this so called company to prove these charges are reasonable within 45 days
