I am not very impressed with the owner of this shops customer service skills. She works here & definitely requires extra training. Her manners towards the general public are atrocious. I have just witnessed her coming out of the shop screaming & shouting at a busker. She very abruptly demanded that he moved away from outside the shop because she couldn’t hear her own music. Her manner was very intimidating & to be honest I found this very upsetting to watch. The busker meant no harm & immediately packed up his equipment leaving him with no where else to earn his living. Very unprofessional & obviously not the best way to encourage custom. I for one no longer feel confident to shop in this store.

These are just 4 of the email/domains they use. They are all setup to mislead you into purchasing your driving licence with hidden costs. They took £94 from my bank, and I didnt even receive my driving licence!! I did write a more detailed review, but for some reason it was deleted. I have put in a dispute with my bank to investigate my case further to try and get my money back. I have also reported to action fraud, the police and trading standards. No stars given.
