If I could give zero stars I would.
This company must be a scam. There is no way they can be so incompetent for so many years. They basically have a monopoly, if you want school or class photos you have to use them. I stopped buying individual photos a long time ago due to the poor quality and just plain poor photography skills. Their website is a joke, it’s the worst user experience I have seen in decades! You have to wait days for an email to change password. This is the last year I will buy anything! It’s a shame but just not worth the aggravation.

We had a hall party for reception children, boys and girls with Belle.

Belle was amazing, she came in well before time and she was super flexible with the kids, we had some arts and craft set up and all the kids just wanted to do that first and she just joined in.
It was lovely to see the immediate connection she was able to make with the children. They had tons of fun entertained with lots of stuff.

Belle even stayed with them at food time going around making glitter tattoos - loved by girls and boys!

Definitely pay extra for the snow machine - it’s brilliant and the kids love it - all the parents got up to take pics too.

It’s hard work with a hall party but this one girl made it so much easier, I’ve done this before with multiple entertainers but none made it this easy on me. I would absolutely call on these guys again if I ever had to do one of these parties, not just because of Chiara/Belle but because of the flexibility of adding more children at a very reasonable price and, from changing from the little mermaid to Belle in less than 2 weeks before the party.
