Sketchy company
"I really wanted it to work. Unfortunately, every time I used them, they gave me chemical burns. What does it mean? It means they left a darkened area on my body in the shape and size of the patches for a month and a half. Thank god it eventually went away."
A little edit: Untrustworthy company, straight up lies to get you to delete the negative reviews, so imagine the amount of reviews that are not here because they have been deleted. They reached out to me after my initial review here, which was the same as this previous paragraph. They said they are sorry and they will let the problem of the patches be known in their team, and because they are a small business, they are really affected by reviews, etc. They offered a refund if I deleted the comment, and I said I would delete, but with the condition of a refund and them letting this issue be known internally, since it was a really scary experience. I deleted and let them know I did. Then SILENCE... They ignored my email, haha. I sent an email once again to say basically, hey, I deleted it, where is the refund? Now they sent another email saying they can not give a refund because it happened months before, and they can give me shopping credit... Are you joking? You reached out to me out of nowhere, offering the refund. Another thing is, god forbid, I want more of those patches that burned my skin.... I have 2 packs lying at home that I cannot use, thanks. Now the review is up again, and no matter refund, credits, compensations, I am not deleting it, and I am reporting you to the authorities for selling people stuff that burns the skin. Good job, customer service.
