Was told i needed to renew my…

Was told i needed to renew my contract,tried to change it online at the weekend price quoted was far higher . I had seen an offer on face book but when i quoted this price to renew my contract was told it was for new customers only,and yet i was told i was a loyal customer been with them forty years.Where is your loyalty KC.

Was given the run around for two weeks…

Was given the run around for two weeks on an order which i believe they didnt have in stock in the first place. This has happened before to me, so basically bought the discount card but couldnt use it due to unfilled order had to accept refund.
