Kcom webmail on a mobile phone unusable

Kcom have 'upgraded' their webmail and how it's viewed, wow just look at it, impossible to utilise on a mobile phone. It might be more secure and it might be okay on a laptop or tablet but the mobile phone view is so mobile unfriendly to make it completely useless. I can't believe that any developers, focus group potential users or test/ trial could have given this the okay. Kcom please look at the new webmail and how it appears on a mobile phone, it's a downgrade and truly awful. Kcom senior management please look at this don't just say nothing can be done. Please kcom Wayne just open up the new webmail on a mobile phone and look. It's not mobile friendly,I can't be more explicit.

Ok service... eventually.

Have been with homeserve for a number of years and generally happy with the service. On Tuesday 19th December I noticed an outside drain previously cl8in November was backing up again. Called, didn't have to pay the £ 30 as it was the same drain blocked as before was told to expect an engineer between time of call and 18.00. Stayed in all day waiting for the call, at 16. 47 received a call, it ended before I could answer it. I then called, had to wait 20 minutes on the line before it was answered. Call handler told me my job had been moved to tomorrow, no consultation l had to rearrange appointments and my wife move her commitments to be around. A bit annoying. Engineer did arrive on the Wednesday and this time did a great job and was an hour at the property. Still doesn't give me my wasted day back however.

No issues would use again.

Easy to book on line and confirmation is very clear. Vehicle collection details again very clear, the 4rent team are easy to find in car park 4 thesalonika airport.Very friendly crew, good level of English spoken, details confirmed and payment taken. Vehicle we were allocated,a seat Leon, a bit battered but clean and ideal for our journey. Staff walk round vehicle,took video encouraged us to do the same however as insurance is fully comprehensive no real concerns. Price was very competitive. We had only one issue in that while parking in a tight spot in Delphi I slightly scratched the front passenger side. Contacted 4rent by phone, gave details of scratch,as required in its terms and conditions and passed info on. Car returned to car park 4 at the airport. No issues at all. Would use them again as everything promised was delivered, so little time wasted in collecting car. Thanks

I can only report in relation to my own experience of Sedgwick which has been extremely positive. We had a serious overnight burst pipe in our loft on 15th December 2022, mains water flowed for a number of hours before we returned home to shut it off. Considerable water damage resulted in several ceilings down, loft insulation water logged, walls completely sodden in bedroom, bathroom, landing, hallway, 2 living rooms, kitchen and store rooms. Carpets, laminated flooring and a significant amount of furniture beyond economic repair. Our insurance company RIAS immediately instructed rainbow international to begin the drying however we had to find a plumber ( to repair the pipe) and an electrician ( to create safe electrics) as their contractors were too stretched due to so many on going claims and the approaching Xmas period. In early January Sedgwick made contact, arranged for loss adjuster to attend and following discussion with ourselves a local contractor to oversee the reconstruction work. Eventually we were allocated Nina Karimion from the company for whom we have nothing but praise. She worked with us to ensure all elements of the reconstruction was undertaken, we shared information with her when the drying company and reconstruction company appeared to stall, asbestos artex slowed everything down and as our home was extremely wet the drying out took longer than we anticipated. The whole process took over 6 months to the point where we could return home. Nina ensured we had alternative accommodation as our home was uninhabitable, hotels and several rentals.We couldn't see how Nina and Sedgwick could have done any more for us . We worked with them, asking if we could assist in any way to move things forward and always replying to their emails immediately to avoid delays. Yes having a burst pipe rendering your house uninhabitable is catastrophic, dealing with drying companies, building companies, artex removal companies, electrians and the many different trades in and around your home is stressful but using Sedgwick and especially having Nina working with us and for us made our horrible experience significantly easier.

Phoned before arrival, arrived on time, pleasant and helpful. Both delivery men Gary and Wojciech, removed their shoes without being asked,so appreciated. Friendly manner, checked route into house, professionally undertaken. Polite efficient delivery.

Great response

We had a burst pipe in the loft while were away for the night. Came back to a flooded house, loft, bedroom, bathroom, living room landing and hallway. Rainbow from Hull attended and although the dry out took 3 months we couldn't fault them. Darren so helpful and responsive. Office staff in Newark also helpful. We were fortunate rainbow were on the ball as other bursts at the same time took far longer to sort.

Real test is when you make a claim.

We took out rias building and contents insurance in August 2022 having been with a number of other providers previously. Most recently we had used AA insurance for our home insurance however in August 2022 it was impossible to get in contact with them to discuss our renewal so we moved to RIAS. Good price and good level of cover. Never made any claims over 35 years. Anyway the only real test of good insurance is when you have to claim. We had a burst pipe in our loft when away overnight on December 15th 2022, house full of water, ceilings down, 7 rooms and loft ruined such a mess. Initial telephone contact did take time to be answered, lot's of claims being made, however Rias call centre staff were so professional and acted immediately referring us to an alternative accommodation provider ( rapid relocate)
drying specialist ( rainbow international) and a claims handling firm. First claims handlers were awful however Sedgwick took over and despite looking at some pretty daming reviews were and have been outstanding . Yes it's taken almost 8 months to get back home but the process can't be rushed,house has to be dryed, restoration work undertaken, contents replaced. The insurance supply chain is complex and despite set backs, non the real responsibility of Rias we are almost there. So pleased Rias were there to provide our cover and given our experience we'll stick with them. Yes initial telephone contact took forever but they always answered the phone and always did what they promised. Our claim was passed to Sedgwick's who were then responsible for day to day claim management and they were good too, our claim manager from Sedgwick's was so helpful and understanding.

OK package from donc

Booked a package on line with tui. Given all the recent flight disruption understandably we were concerned. However everything went well, check in at Doncaster easy, no delays, no security queue, flight on time, tui staff polite and pleasant. Hotel great no reps at hotel but we don't need them, journey back just as good. Very little evidence of tui at kefalonia airport but enough. Only real issue is that the departure pick up only available through the tui app. What about folks without smartphones.

Really disappointed with the Hessle…

Really disappointed with the Hessle East Yorkshire Aldi. There this morning when virtually evey customer was wearing a face covering but all the staff were not. Staff were shouting across to each other. It's not on is it, customers are protecting themselves and the staff but the staff are protecting no one. Come on Aldi step up, most customers would prefer staff, and fellow customers, to be respectful and responsible and wear masks.

Car parking at Doncaster Airport was…

Car parking at Doncaster Airport was good value and as described. However the postcode is incorrect for the new airparks car park. It's also a bit further to walk to the terminal and in cold wet weather this could be a problem.
