A tractor took out some street lights which in turn took out the box on a telegraph pole meaning no phone or interne to write a few house. In less than 12 hours a temporary fix got everything working again and 3 days to complete the work, which was a major fix involving underground wiring. Impressed with speed, information and quality of work.

Not free at all. Money taken from card so immediately contacted to cancel. Was emailed back with reasons to stay, I said no thank you please cancel, then I missed a further email with more reasons to stay but if not interested how to cancel. Obviously thought this had already been actioned on my first and second request but no, the money went out again. Asked for refund and refused.

Avoid at all costs.
Took a month to arrive, put quality damaged furniture, complained on day of receipt and still waiting for refund.
They lie, they're badly organized with a terrible communication system.
I have had the most anxious 3 months of my life, trying charge back through PayPal, another terrible experience and now through bank. Never ever use.
I now see that this review will be removed if I don't provide further details to dusk. My bank is dealing with this now direct with Dusk. Thanks
