Worst delievery service EVER
I ordered a delivery on Saturday. The earliest time slot was Monday (I honestly don’t know why you can’t deliver the next day on Sunday, but okay, let’s ignore this for now). Monday morning I get an email that the delivery will be moved to the NEXT day. Why? Why does it take so long? A whole day??
But that’s not even the worst part, next day in the morning I get the SAME notification that my delivery was moved ONCE AGAIN. And I’m a Premium user. This is just nuts, is this how you treat Premium customers? Thank God I didn’t sign up for a yearly subscription; I would regret this purchase for the rest of my life. I’m never using Everli again. They left me with no food for two days. Giving 5 euro coupons as some sort of compensation sounds like a joke, do you really think I’m going to place yet another order?
