Worst delievery service EVER

I ordered a delivery on Saturday. The earliest time slot was Monday (I honestly don’t know why you can’t deliver the next day on Sunday, but okay, let’s ignore this for now). Monday morning I get an email that the delivery will be moved to the NEXT day. Why? Why does it take so long? A whole day??

But that’s not even the worst part, next day in the morning I get the SAME notification that my delivery was moved ONCE AGAIN. And I’m a Premium user. This is just nuts, is this how you treat Premium customers? Thank God I didn’t sign up for a yearly subscription; I would regret this purchase for the rest of my life. I’m never using Everli again. They left me with no food for two days. Giving 5 euro coupons as some sort of compensation sounds like a joke, do you really think I’m going to place yet another order?

Everli is the worst. Never recommend. Horrible delivery and customer support. No one responds if reached out with a concern.

Poor Service, Lying Couriers

I placed an order on Monday for Tuesday delivery between 11am and noon. I was assinged a courier and it stated that he would be late between 13:35 and 13:50. When I looked back again, It said no courier was assigned. Nobody notified me about anything so I reached out via chat and they told me they would find a new courier. Then they told me that they couldn't deliver today because nearby streets were blocked off. I explained two simple routes that were not blocked off but they still refused to deliver today. If this place was in the US, they would be out of business by now. No contact and failure to deliver promised service. Not acceptable!

I don’t understand all this negative feedback. I’ve been a frequent customer since September 2023, and the service, as well as the shoppers in my area (Busto Arsizio), is amazing! There’s a wide variety of shops to choose from, plenty of options, and delivery is very fast. I’ve never had any issues with my orders. Ordering from the platform saves me a lot of time since I hate going to physical stores and spending hours just to pick out tomatoes… 😂🙄. I’m so glad that a platform like this finally exists in Italy, so keep up the great work, guys!

Non capisco tutto questo feedback negativo. Sono un cliente abituale da settembre 2023, e il servizio, così come i shopper nella mia zona (Busto Arsizio), è fantastico! C’è una grande varietà di negozi tra cui scegliere, tante opzioni e la consegna è molto veloce. Non ho mai avuto problemi con i miei ordini. Ordinare dalla piattaforma mi fa risparmiare molto tempo, dato che odio andare nei negozi fisici e passare ore a scegliere i pomodori… 😂🙄. Sono davvero felice che finalmente esista una piattaforma del genere in Italia, quindi continuate così, ragazzi!

DO NOT USE this app

DO NOT USE this app. I made a purchase with my company’s Meal Vouchers and at checkout it said that my payment would be as follows:
€56 meal vouchers
€50 credit card

HOWEVER, 2 days later I found out that it had NOT used the meal voucher and had charged my credit card for the FULL €106. INCREDIBLY MISLEADING AND HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Very useful service

I have used Everli during the quarantine and that was a real saver. The app was easy and native to use. The help assistant replied very fast and in English which was highly appreciated by me as a foreigner. There was a wide variety of supermarkets around me with a lot of delivery slots. My grocery was delivered the next day in time and with all the items I have ordered. Fruits and vegetables were all separately packed and eggs were put on top in order not to break.
