I don’t understand all this negative feedback. I’ve been a frequent customer since September 2023, and the service, as well as the shoppers in my area (Busto Arsizio), is amazing! There’s a wide variety of shops to choose from, plenty of options, and delivery is very fast. I’ve never had any issues with my orders. Ordering from the platform saves me a lot of time since I hate going to physical stores and spending hours just to pick out tomatoes… 😂🙄. I’m so glad that a platform like this finally exists in Italy, so keep up the great work, guys!

Non capisco tutto questo feedback negativo. Sono un cliente abituale da settembre 2023, e il servizio, così come i shopper nella mia zona (Busto Arsizio), è fantastico! C’è una grande varietà di negozi tra cui scegliere, tante opzioni e la consegna è molto veloce. Non ho mai avuto problemi con i miei ordini. Ordinare dalla piattaforma mi fa risparmiare molto tempo, dato che odio andare nei negozi fisici e passare ore a scegliere i pomodori… 😂🙄. Sono davvero felice che finalmente esista una piattaforma del genere in Italia, quindi continuate così, ragazzi!

Problematic and unsuccessful delivery process.

GLS constantly fails to deliver my packages.
I live in Busto Arsizio (VA). They have a strategy where if I am not home, they simply mark the parcel as "delivered" to a fake individual who does not even live in my building or is my neighbour/concierge and then take the parcel to themselves. They do not call me beforehand, nor do they leave little parcels in my mailbox or with my neighbours so that I can pick them up later. Like in a normal and civilised way. There is no indication that the delivery was unsuccessful, thus I can pick up the package at the "pick up point" or so - NOTHING. Basically, if I miss the courier, they do what I explained above— and my parcel is lost. I'm puzzled about why the policy is implemented in this manner and why I can't even pick up my parcel by myself. When I contacted them by creating an official ticket to their customer service, first time - they angrily and arrogantly responded during our talk that no one would search for my parcel. Second time (4 days ago) - the same story happened, and they initially promised that they would call the driver to find out where he left the pack, and that I would receive it in the coming days - but nothing happened, so I believe that this is simply the way things are said. Parcels are lost constantly, and you can't even pick them up yourself because GLS provides no information.
