They gave me a good rate and a nice offer to bring in more customers. My old supplier came in later with a slightly better rate and offer so I had to switch back but their rate is cheaer than most

With energy costs being such a large part of daily living I look for every savings I can find and Inspire did it with their rates.

The transition , changing suppliers was VERY easy. THAT being said, I've not had any problems EVER with the change of suppliers using OHIO- Apples to Apples.

We had no problems while using Inspire Clean Energy service. We are only changing due to the cost of energy.

On the state website, Inspire said the transfer would take a few business days. After going through the enrollment forms, Inspire said the conversion could take 2 or 3 weeks. So which is it?

The transition was extremely easy and the representative was a true pleasure to speak with. I haven’t been switched over yet, but I’m sure it will be perfect.

Easy process to switch supplier. The price point for their clean energy is better than the alternative. I felt good about that!

Inspire made it very easy to figure out that I'd be saving money if I went with them - and also very easy to sign up!

Inspire had the lowest 6 month fixed rate, no fee for sign up or cancellation. They communicated quickly and I was converted in a matter of days.

First was the follow through regarding the validation of the agreement number for my electric company. Also the pricing, the clarity and ability to secure a fixed rate was very important to me.

The experience was seamless except that I didn't get an auto confirm after I thought I was finished. However, an assistant was quick to provide help and confirmed my new account.

Very helpful with making the transition from my former supplier to my new supplier…. Took the time to answer a follow up question I had the next day

After using Inspire Clean Energy for two months, all is well. There were no problems with the transition and the cost is comparable to what we were using.

The website was very efficient, seemed to anticipate what I needed to know, and the flow from one step to the next made sense.
