Called to check on details and decided dg with inspire. Anymore electricity cost are going up with all the suppliers so I think this locked in 12 month deal was my best find. Had no problem switching Inspire did all the work.
I little savings goes a long way
With energy costs being such a large part of daily living I look for every savings I can find and Inspire did it with their rates.

They gave me a good rate and a nice offer to bring in more customers. My old supplier came in later with a slightly better rate and offer so I had to switch back but their rate is cheaer than most
My review of information on your…
My review of information on your website went to actual sign-up very abruptly. I was pretty sure I was going to switch to your company but the way it happened was somewhat disturbing.
And even afterwards, I didn’t sense completion of my actual price and duration preferences. A welcoming email with the actual term and cost would have been better. What I got was a generic form letter that was a little vague, go here, do this, enter this code. Annoying and not very customer friendly.
So we’ll see how this goes. At least I’ll be able to cancel without penalty if I’m not getting what I hoped I signed up for.
Simple to switch with clear parameters.
SMOOTH
The transition , changing suppliers was VERY easy. THAT being said, I've not had any problems EVER with the change of suppliers using OHIO- Apples to Apples.
