Only the last time we received a Cadillac and the car battery died when we where at the exit point of the car rental. Because of that we had a delay to arrive in Augusta on time for a family dinner.

It's easy to book, the prices are the lowest, all taxes and insurances are included in the price. No need to provide a credit card number when making the booking. I always book through IBOOKACAR.

When we arrive to Alamo desk in Orlando we were informed that we need additional insurrance in order to have full coverage. That was not infomed when i made my reservation.

I am certain I saved more then paying for full and total protection at the counter. You really need to have full insurance in the USA and IBookaCar made it easier and simpler to obtain my hire car.

On the Website if IbookaCar it was stated included an Full Insurance but at the counter they told me it was a Basic so i have to upgrade. But the booking and payment went fine.
