No correct information and hideen fees
When we arrive to Alamo desk in Orlando we were informed that we need additional insurrance in order to have full coverage. That was not infomed when i made my reservation.

What your contracted locally is a Road Side AssistanceThis insurance which is not mandatory, covers the rented car only if you run out gas, have a flat tyre or leave the key inside the locked car. Note that we inform about this on our Terms and Conditions.
