Good Day,

My experience in the past years with your company has been very good but also disappointed. When going to the counter, the reservation has been lost it happened two times (Atlanta & Orlando) we have waited for more then an hour and a half to complete everything before going to pick-up the rented vehicle. This is very irritating when traveling with kids. But I have to say that for sure to other places that I have traveled and rented around US it went very smooth and fast.

Only the last time we received a Cadillac and the car battery died when we where at the exit point of the car rental. Because of that we had a delay to arrive in Augusta on time for a family dinner.
