Usually love Harvey Normans

Usually love Harvey Normans. Had a bad experience this time. Hopefully a one off. Ordered online for click and collect and was never notified of my products arrival even after contacting customer service. On the second attempt at talking to customer service got email to say item was ready. This was about 2 weeks later. Cancelled order, refund was dealt with quickly.

Have not received my refund

I ordered a jacket off littlewoods. On trying it on it did not look right. I returned it with parcel motel. After waiting 10 days for the refund into my account I rang the irish customer service number which put me through to Cape Town and spoke with two customer service representatives who told me two different accounts of where my refund was. The first told me he could see the coat was returned from my possession on the computer. The second told me this was not true and the other customer service repersentitve was new and did not know what he was saying. On asking for a superviser I was told there was none on. I asked for a copy for the phone conversation and I was told I could not have one unless I put it in writing and I was also told that they did not have an email address and it would have to be by post I sent the request. I am so disappointed with the customer service and I am still waiting on my refund.
