I first ordered from this site two years ago. I was one of the first people to write a review on them. However this review got deleted because they told Trustpilot they had sorted it out with me. They only took action because I threatened to write a review, not because they wanted to. But it’s been two years now and I can see other people have had similar experiences to me upon me reading the reviews on here. So I’m going to be petty and leave this review.

Never received order!! Contacted the company various times. Absolutely no customer care. Absolute gangsters

Never got my item! Contacted several times by email never got a reply! Tried the online chat never got an answer! Don’t bother ordering anything from them.

**Extremely Disappointing Experience – Do Not Trust This Retailer**

I decided to give this retailer a shot, and while my first purchase was a pair of trousers, the experience was far from positive. The quality of the material was poor and thin, and it took several weeks for the item to arrive. While it did eventually serve its basic purpose, I was willing to give them another chance, so I made a second purchase about 1.5 months ago.

Fast forward to today, and I'm still waiting for my order. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times, using their chat feature on the website, but there has been absolutely no response. I also sent them an email, hoping for some communication or an update, but again, no reply.

At this point, I've had no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card provider. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish, and I wouldn't recommend this retailer to anyone. The lack of communication and poor service is inexcusable.

My advice: **DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY**. Spread the word to your family and friends so they don’t make the same mistake.

George black is a scam! Stay away from them. Their products are of a very poor quality. You will not your money back even if you return the items you are unhappy with. Save yourself stress, time and money, go shopping somewhere else.

Ordered few items never got them it’s a scam tried to contact with every source I can no one come back to me stay away it’s scam

Ordered trousers, awful quality, very cheap and thin!

I sent them back a day later and was told I wouldn’t get a refund as I hadn’t included a piece of cardboard…

The trousers haven’t been returned to me either so I’ve just lost the £26 and the trousers.

Rude person on the live chat, awful service and product.

Stay away!

Order quality was poor, processed return. It’s been 8 weeks no response, no refund and looking like I’ll not be getting one either.

Similar to other people, placed an order, didn't receive what I ordered and all attempts at communications ignored.

Companies House have also issued A
an active proposal to strike off - a formal notice from that a company is about to be dissolved and removed from the register of companies.

Do not place an order with them!!!!

Avoid this company as they will take your money and won’t send your order.I spent £158.00 and have received nothing.

Order made on 1st October and you’ve guessed it - still nothing received!

All my emails have gone unanswered. No answer to online chat either.
I’ve also tried messaging them via instagram, and guess what, no answer from there too!

Do yourself a favour and avoid this company like the plague.
Quick at taking your money but then don’t send you any goods.

Crap. Took order, never sent and it's been months of ignored emails and chats

My husband returned an order with tracked Royal Mail it was received by George Black 4 weeks ago, still waiting on the refund! After 4 unanswered emails, an online chat with no response to and a further email, we are still waiting! Very disappointed with the lack of customer service! Literally non existent!!!!

What can I say !! I am sure the so called 5 star reviews are from friends and family.
Sadly my experience is the same as so many here, zero stars from me !

Tried the chat, ha .....you have guessed it no response.
Can't find a telephone number to ring direct !!
They have the cheek to send an email asking for a review and when I try to submit one, yes you've guessed it can't be sent.
So I have had my money taken by George Black whoever he is and no goods.
I will be reporting this to trading standards

Ordered an item and over a week later no dispatch, no information provided from them as to where it is even though I paid for tracked 48 hour delivery.

No response when emailed them multiple times.

Avoid this company.

I bought 3 polo’s as they looked nice on pictures and was a good price. When they arrived they were a strange fit. Very long in the body and tight. I decided to return the items as the other sizes will also not fit due to the style. After weeks of not hearing anything back I had to get in contact via the online chat. They informed me that as the items are discounted they can only give me a gift card to use at their store. I explained that I wouldn’t have bought them if I knew this I didn’t decide to put them on sale so not sure why I am being penalised. I also won’t use the gift card as the clothing styles don’t fit or look like they do on the images so they have taken £62 off me without anything to show. Now they are just ignoring me. Avoid being caught out by this sly company!

Do not order from this company. Order never arrives despite numerous lies from their so called 'customer services' dept. Buyer be aware. You have been warned.

I was sent the wrong order (a white shirt instead of a black shirt and trousers with the wrong inside leg size) order 2518 but it is very difficult to return you first of all have to write an email which I got no response and then I use direct chat and then they asked me to take a photograph of my goods which I couldn’t because I was at work and wasted another day and no on the website does it say the address of the firm and I’m still waiting for one of their assistance to email me my returns form with the actual address of where I sent it to. Crazy. I will not be using them again, and others need to draw their own conclusions
