The price was fair but I was buying from the UK and was not aware I would have to pay a significant customs charge of £63 and this significantly delayed the time for delivery I would not use again

I was sent the wrong order (a white shirt instead of a black shirt and trousers with the wrong inside leg size) order 2518 but it is very difficult to return you first of all have to write an email which I got no response and then I use direct chat and then they asked me to take a photograph of my goods which I couldn’t because I was at work and wasted another day and no on the website does it say the address of the firm and I’m still waiting for one of their assistance to email me my returns form with the actual address of where I sent it to. Crazy. I will not be using them again, and others need to draw their own conclusions
