Delivery times are a lie. Poor customer service

Took over 4 weeks for item to arrive yet when ordering it said 2-5 days. Delivery times are a straight lie

Requested cancellation multiple times and was ignored for 3 weeks only to then be told they can’t cancel because it has already been dispatched

Scam Company - over 4 weeks since order, nothing received

Been over 4 weeks still no sign of the item. No update on the tracking. The courier hasn't even received the item yet.
Requested cancellation and refund, no response from company.

The company is a scam. Do NOT purchase from them
