My A8 replaces an engineering workstation used for Circuit Design in my lab. What's wonderful: (1) fast calculation (2) great graphics for 3D views (3) no fan noise! (4) Reliable - no issues after a year of use.
Also, I couldn't resist; I took it apart to inspect the build. My opinion: Excellent 👍.

My aging laptop couldn't upgrade to 11 so I picked up one of thee little guys and everything was great until one morning booted but no video.
Brief troubleshooting and they had me sent ot back for replacement. I was so pleased with the service, I upgraded the replacement!

Despite appearing as an Australian site, buying from Geekom will also cost you a foreign transaction fee of 3% or so. Happy to get a unit quite quickly from within Oz, but the foreign fee was undisclosed, perhaps illegally.

I bought a iT13, it arrived new and after six months of use failed to turn on. When taken apart one of the components burnt out rendering it useless. The PCB was significantly scorched and I am genuinely surprised it did not catch fire. I have uploaded images online. When contacting Geekom they were not really concerned with the issue and also stated there was no UK repair centre so nothing could be done. I recommend avoiding and building your own small form factor pc and then you can repair it.

The problem was acknowledged and helpfull trouble shooting suggestions were offered. When the issue could not be resolved a replacement unit was dispatched.
Communications were timely (allowing for time differences) and professional.

Absolutely impossible to get a return. Loads of ai apologies and incredibly poor support knowledge on their own products. I've now asked 7 times for a return of my order... 30 day money back guarantee apparently I'm on day 5 of asking to return 2 that blew the Lan port when plugged into a Poe switch. The answer I got is our pcs are not Poe compatible 🤣 Do you have WIFI. The third one works if you don't use a Poe switch. Absolutely pointless if I dare not risk using it in another Poe switch.

I have had a Geekom mini pc for 2 years and have loved it, it has surpassed my expectations. However, I had an issue recently, it would not power up. Luckily I remembered that Geekom sell their pcs with a 3 year guarantee. Nevertheless, I wasn't optimistic. I contacted them through WhatsApp and that team then put me touch with a customer service team, we went through some trouble shooting, for which they provided good support, but we couldn't resolve. At that point they ffered to replace the pc. I have to say that I have received 5 star, excellent customer service and it's such a pleasant surprise to have been offered a replacement without a quibble. I recommend Geekom without hesitation. This level of service is rare.

I bought a Geekom A8 on Amazon received it the next day, I just love it!
Had a bit of a problem trying to get sound from the headphone jack and asked Geekom for help they sent me a complete step by step trouble shooting check list and I fixed my problem, just a simple setting in Windows 11 Pro that was sort of hidden!
Had the system for about 2 months now works AWESOME!
