WOW !!!! Not only is the XT12 Pro a FANTASTIC piece of equipment, Geekom's Customer Service Team is probably the BEST I've ever encountered ANYWHERE !! They helped me out with DETAILED information 3 times since my purchase and that had nothing to do with any problem with the unit. You just don't get fast, accurate, personable, DETAILED answers or help from ANY corporation anywhere anymore. I'm REALLY impressed. I've been ranting how great the computer and the customer service to all my friends and anyone else that will listen.
