As soon as I made GEEKOM aware of my problem with one of the USB ports on my Mini PC, the Support team responded and very quickly provided a 'driver' to install. The download worked and the computer is performing perfectly with the reactivated USB port. The speed and performance of the GEEKOM Mini PC is very impressive and so too is the help and commitment of Support team. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending GEEKOM.

Terrible. Device sent was not new, but had a user log in screen in Chinese! Reset the device and it worked for 3 days. Now it will not boot. Support is all AI, bad English and standard replies. Avoid .

I am using the Mini Air 12 for desktop publishing and Zoom meetings. It is very quiet, low power and cost effective.
Recently there was a fault with the computer. I was able to return it cost free under warranty and I received a replacement computer shortly after.
The new computer is working fine.

I was actually surprised to get any kind of response from my live texting but not only did I get to speak with someone (Peter) he kept answering my questions for a few days. He was always there to answer my questions without any issues. He was very helpful. GEEKOM have gained a trusted customer in me. They delivered the items on time and in good order too. Thank you.

Bought an A5. Great piece of kit. Works flawlessly despite Windows 11, with the exception of occasional monitor detection after sleep. Contacted support. Quick and clear response with links to driver updates and installation instructions. Updated driver no problem. Now all fine.

Required a replacement PC (an A7) through guarantee.
The help desk made it relatively easy to make this happen - considering the language barrier - and the UK warehouse responded speedily.

Customer service spent a lot of time assisting me in trying to install windows on one of my Geekom PCs. They subsequently replaced the computer under warranty because it appears to have a hardware fault.
Assistance was given with a cheerful interaction. The support I received was one of the best experiences I have received in the 48 years working in IT support and management.
Based on this reaction and subsequent resolution I have no hesitation in recommending Geekom.

Excellent customer service! My Geekom mini PC was working great, but the power supply suddenly stopped working. I contacted the seller, and they responded very quickly. The cpu I purchased was operable for 3 months. Then it just stopped working. Upon close inspection which meant opening up the unit to look. The area where the power cord plugs in was burnt. They did issue a return ticket and I returned it. I requested a refund because by this time I felt that it was just too difficult to talk to their service department and it was obvious that the service dept was basically a robot. It has now been over a month since they received the defective unit back and they said that a credit was requested but I have not received a credit. I just would not do business with them again with this type of service.
