The problem was acknowledged and…Resolved to my satisfaction
The problem was acknowledged and helpfull trouble shooting suggestions were offered. When the issue could not be resolved a replacement unit was dispatched.
Communications were timely (allowing for time differences) and professional.
All told this was a good experience
