I placed an expedited order on August 5th prior to the same day shipping cut off listed on their website which explicitly states "Same-day shipping deadline
Orders placed before 3 PM local time Monday – Friday are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after the deadline are completed the following business day.". It is now 24 hours later and my order has still not shipped, even though I paid for expedited shipping. Customer service was not helpful what so ever and insisted that my order could not be cancelled because "my order has been set with shipping" even though they could provide no tracking number or additional shipping information. I've shopped with Fullscript in the past but luckily haven't ever had any issues until. The poor customer service and deceptive language on their site will have me taking my business elsewhere in the future.

JESUS R was quick to help, very knowledgeable, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my issue was resolved quickly and thoroughly. I've had to call in in the past and unfortunatelly it doesn't always go that well.

Fullscript is ran by a very hands off CEO whom has no intention of peoples health, vigor or continued wellness. They changed website and lost everyone's well thought out and valuable programs from their Naturopathic Doctors and provided no fix or apology. They are scum of earth for doing this
