I really like the idea that if there is a misunderstanding about an order made by phone, that a recording of the call can be readily accessed to determine the accuracy of the order fill. Curtis was more than willing to listen to a recording a previous order and make an adjustment/change to the billing. That's the kind of help that's good to see.

the migration from another website to bluehost went relatively smooth, but the website had a contact link that was supposed to go to my email and bh could not help me with that since it "was not a part of their job". I think that a hosting should be able to help with ALL the aspects of hosting a website, and making sure that EVERYTHING was up & running should be included.
